Cumberland Preschool Lottery Now OPEN – CLICK HERE
We are seeking children, for Fall 2024, ages 3-5 to serve as community partners in our preschool classes. Our preschool classes have both morning and afternoon sessions that follow the Cumberland School Department calendar. Enrollment is open through lottery to resident children of Cumberland.
Certified early childhood special education teachers, teacher assistants and therapists work with children with and without disabilities through typical preschool activities, following the RI Early Learning Development Standards. Three-year old peer models generally attend the morning session Monday through Thursday and 4-year olds attend the afternoon program five days a week.
The lottery will be closed on March 22, 2024. We will notify you if your child’s name was picked through our lottery by the middle of April 2024.
