IMPORTANT MESSAGE – Building Access Tomorrow / MENSAJE IMPORTANTE – Acceso al edificio mañana

Good afternoon Cumberland Families:
 
 The Cumberland School Department will be opening the buildings tomorrow, March 24, 2020 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am in order to allow for the following:

I.  Phase 2 Chrome Book Distribution K-5 

Our goal is to allow for all students to have a Chromebook, therefore, this phase is ONLY for the families that did not receive a device but may have multiple children in the family and did not receive one in the first phase of the distribution.
 
II.  Material Pick up
 
For teachers and families that need to pick up materials the 8:00 am – 10:00 am will be the time to do so.  That window will run concurrently for both materials and Chromebook distribution.  We will then reassess needs following tomorrow’s session.

El Departamento Escolar de Cumberland abrirá los edificios mañana, 24 de marzo de 2020, de 8:00 a.m. a 10:00 a.m. para permitir lo siguiente:

I. Fase 2 Chrome Book Distribution K-5

Nuestro objetivo es permitir que todos los estudiantes tengan un Chromebook, por lo tanto, esta fase es SOLO para las familias que no recibieron un dispositivo pero que pueden tener varios hijos en la familia y no recibieron uno en la primera fase de la distribución.

II Recogida de material

Para los maestros y las familias que necesitan recoger materiales, las 8:00 am – 10:00 am será el momento de hacerlo. Esa ventana se ejecutará simultáneamente para los materiales y la distribución de Chromebook. Luego volveremos a evaluar las necesidades después de la sesión de mañana.
